Every year I spend a weekend with my friend in Bemol. She rents a tiny house with all comfort, terrasse, bathroom, and wonderful view. But please don’t mind the cow’s ringing all night long! For me, this gives a final touch to the countryside of this place, enjoying good food, visiting the Lac Champex, doing strolls through the forest, and observing the cows in the field nearby.

It is a wonderful Champion-region, but for eating them it’s better you are a specialist or going with someone who knows them very well. There are so many not-eatable Specimens around, you have to be very careful.
