I had an appointment early this morning. For this, I had to cross the Rhône, the river which goes from the Oberwallis to Marseille. It passes through Vouvry, the village where I live.
When I saw the morning light reflecting in the river, I quickly stopped my car and went out to take the picture. These red clouds are just fabulous. Not every day starts with this lovely red color.
But they say, “Red sky in the morning is the Shepards warning. Red sky in the night is the Shepards delight.”
Anyhow, I had a good day after that morning pic!

Pour mon rendez-vous ce matin, je me suis levée tôt. En croissant le Rhône, j’étais obligée de m’arrêter et prendre ces jolis nuages rouge, qui reflètent dans la rivière, en photo.
