It’s easy to go to Aminona/Valais in Wintertime. From Crans-Montana or just from the Cable car in Montana, you take the Shuttle to Aminona (about 3 x hour). After a cup of coffee in the small bistro in Aminona, you walk up the hill for about 1 hour 1/2 until you get to the famous Bistro Plumachit. The way up leads you through a very beautiful forest.

Once arrived at the top you have a beautiful view of the Rhone-Valley and the mountains on the other side. You can go down to the Station Violette and from there and back with the Shuttle bus. The whole tour takes about 3 hours.
