Evolène, is a charming village in the Val d’Hérens near Sion / Valais. It was mentioned in 1250. The old wooden houses give you a very special feeling and invite you to spend some time in the region. It is famous for all nature lovers and is also a well-known resort for artists, writers etc., due to its tranquil settings.
